August 2010 Dear Business Partner: Today, our Board of Directors announced that it has chosen Health Care Services Executive Vice President Andrew Dreyfus as the company's new President and Chief Executive Officer. Andrew will succeed Bill Van Faasen, who has served in the unpaid, interim role of President and CEO since March 16, 2010. The change becomes effective on September 7, 2010. We are excited about Andrew's appointment and are pleased that Bill will remain involved with the company. Andrew is a person of great integrity and has the superb leadership skills that make him a perfect match for the difficult work we have ahead, including making the cost of health care more affordable for our members and employer groups.
