Pharmacy Coverage With Value-Based Benefit Plans
Value-based benefit plans offer certain medications at reduced or no copayment to encourage members to take their medications as prescribed. These medications include those used in the treatment of diabetes, asthma/chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and certain cardiac conditions.
