Members need help to help make the most of their health coverage. Our online tools provide support from choosing a plan to reviewing and managing their benefits.
- Member Self Service. View claims, benefits, select primary care physicians and perform administrative tasks. Also provides access to portals to manage member's Personal Spending Accounts.
- Sign in to Member Self Service to try the tool.
- Coverage Advisor. Helps members estimate their health care usage, based on their family's health status, and compare the out-of-pocket costs of their various plan options. Can also help project long term savings potential of personal spending accounts.
- Provider Search. Get current information on health care professionals and facilities in any Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts network, including Fallon clinic physicians and specialists. Listings are updated weekly.

- Try the National Search.
- MyBlueHealth. Provides access to a Personal Health Assessment, nutrition and fitness classes, stress reduction classes and more.
- Online Pharmacy. The online portal through our Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Express Scripts gives members easy access to their pharmacy account, as well as a glossary of terms, lists of prescription medications, covered medications and numerous less expensive, generic alternatives.
Pharmacy Coverage Lookup. Members can also look up the tier and see covered alternatives for medications quickly and easily at bluecrossma.com.
