At Member Central, members can create an account and log in to manage most aspects of their plan online, including:

  • Reviewing benefits
  • Checking claims & deductible/co-insurance status
  • Checking the status of referrals (if applicable)
  • Updating personal information, such as mailing address and telephone number

Pharmacy
Our pharmacy program is designed to provide members with a wide range of covered medications. After registering with Express Scripts®', members can take advantage of secure and convenient online ordering and tracking. Members can also call 1-800-892-5119 to get helpful information about mail service prescription drugs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
