Walgreens Returning to Retail Pharmacy Network
Walgreens will again be a retail pharmacy option for our members beginning September 15, 2012. Walgreens and Express Scripts®' reached a multi-year agreement for Walgreens and its subsidiary pharmacies, including Duane Reade, Happy Harry's, and Schraft's, to participate in our Retail Pharmacy Network.
While we are pleased that our members will soon have access to Walgreens, please note that this agreement does not apply to our Specialty and Fertility Networks as Walgreens will have to complete and RFP process to participate in both. Also, Walgreens does not participate in either the Select or Select Choice Retail Networks.
