Excellence in Primary Care
One of the ways we can ensure that members maintain and improve their health is through initiatives that enhance the quality of care our network providers deliver. Our Primary Care Physician Quality Incentive Program started in 2000, and the results showing continuous improvement have been impressive.

Our Primary Care Physician Incentive Program was designed with quality of care and managing costs in mind. The program aims to increase the number of members who receive important preventive and disease management services from the providers participating in our network.
