Which network should I use to search for a doctor?

In most cases you'll use the same network as your plan. You can find your plan name on the upper right hand-corner of your member ID card. Refer to the lists below as a guide.

Choose the Access Blue network if your plan is:

Choose the HMO Blue network if your plan contains only the following names:

HMO Blue
Network Blue
Managed Blue
Blue Choice®

Choose the Blue Care Elect network if your plan name contains only the following:

EPO
PPO
Blue Care Elect
Advantage Blue

Choose the HMO Blue New England network if your plan name is:

HMO Blue New England
Blue Choice New England
Network Blue New England

Choose the HMO Blue Options network if your plan is:

HMO Blue Options

Choose the HMO Blue New England Options network if your plan is:

If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, you'll choose the network that matches your plan name:

My plan doesn’t match up with any of the keywords in questions #1. How do I choose a network?

If you have a plan name that does not contain any of the above listed keywords call the Member Service number on the front of your ID card.
