Medex Bronze covers 100 percent of your Co-insurance The amount you may have to pay after you pay any plan deductibles. 
and Deductible The amount you must pay for health care before Medicare begins to pay, either for each benefit period for Part A, or each year for Part B. These amounts can change every year. for doctor visits, home visits, ambulatory care, and hospitalization. Medex Bronze also provides full coverage for care received outside the United States.

Medex Bronze members have access to additional vision and hearing care benefits when they enroll in the Medex Vision and Hearing plan.
One routine vision exam every two calendar years.
Up to $100 for eyeglasses or contact lens every two calendar years.
One routine hearing exam every two calendar years.
Up to $200 for hearing aids every two calendar years.
