Medex®' Core covers your Co-insurance The amount you may have to pay after you pay any plan deductibles. 
for doctor visits, home visits, and ambulatory care after you pay your annual Medicare Part B deductible. Medex Core also provides full coverage for care received outside the United States.

Medex Core members have access to additional vision and hearing care benefits when they enroll in the Medex Vision and Hearing plan.
One routine vision exam every two calendar years.
Up to $100 for eyeglasses or contact lens every two calendar years.
One routine hearing exam every two calendar years.
Up to $200 for hearing aids every two calendar years.
