Medicare PPO A type of Medicare Advantage plan in which you use doctors, hospitals, and providers that belong to the network. You can use doctors, hospitals, and providers outside of the network for an additional cost. 
BlueSM ValueRx is a comprehensive plan that provides coverage for all your Original Medicare benefits plus additional benefits that Medicare doesn't generally cover including Part D prescription drug coverage.
You can use health care services within our network as well as go to doctors outside of our network without paying more when you go out-of-network for most covered services. However, there are a few benefits where you may have higher out-of-pocket costs if you go outside the network.
