Appeals & Grievances

You have the right to make a complaint if you have concerns or problems relating to your Medicare Advantage plan, prescription drug coverage, or the service you receive. You have the right to get a summary of information about the appeals, grievances, and exceptions that members have filed against our plan in the past.
