Appeals & Grievances
You have the right to make a complaint if you have concerns or problems relating to your Medicare Advantage plan, prescription drug coverage, or the service you receive. You have the right to get an aggregate number of appeals, grievances, and exceptions that members have filed against our plan in the past. To get this information, call Member Service at 1-800-200-4255 (TTY users call: 711) October 1 through February 14, 8:00am to 8:00pm ET., 7 days a week, and February 15 through September 30, 8:00am to 8:00pm ET., Monday through Friday.
