Medicare PPO Blue is an employer-sponsored Medicare Advantage plan that provides coverage for all your Medicare benefits and more. If you have Medicare PPO Blue, you'll choose a Physician of Choice (POC) who will coordinate your care and refer you to specialists should you need them. Group Medicare Advantage plans can only be purchased through your employer.
The most commonly held coverage includes Medicare Part D prescription coverage with no deductible and coverage in the "coverage gap." Some plans also include coverage for podiatry and chiropractic services. Contact your benefit administrator for your specific plan information.
