My Personal Spending Account

Some of our health plans come with a Personal Spending Account (PSA) to help you manage your out-of-pocket medical costs. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts works with two companies to provide PSAs, including Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs), or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). Click on the appropriate company name to access your PSA administrator's website. If you are unsure which company is administering your PSA, please check with your employer.

 

Wells Fargo Health Benefit Services

Wells Fargo Health Benefit Services, a Fortune 100 company with years of experience, administers HSAs on behalf of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts members.

To access your HSA, visit the Wells Fargo Health Benefit Services website or login to your Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Member Self Service account and follow the links to Wells Fargo HBS.

(You'll need to register on the Wells Fargo Web site by creating a username and password that you will use for future access.)

Benefit Concepts

Benefit Concepts, a company with more than 20 years experience, administers HRAs and FSAs on behalf of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts members.

To access your HRA or FSA, visit the Benefit Concepts website or login to your Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Member Self Service account and follow the links to Benefit Concepts.

(You'll need to register on the Benefits Concepts website by creating a username and password that you will use for future access.)

(NOTE: If you have an FSA, but do not have medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, you must access your FSA through this direct link.)
