Supreme Court Upholds Affordable Care Act
The Supreme Court's decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act in its entirety is one of the most significant rulings to impact the health care industry in years. The rest of the nation will now follow Massachusetts in ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality health care.
