If you are a Massachusetts resident who is unemployed, you may qualify for health insurance assistance through the Medical Security Program (MSP).

This program gives members who meet income and other guidelines access to subsidized medical coverage while they are collecting unemployment insurance.

Your Health Coverage Plan
The plan offered through MSP will be the Network Blue Options^SM v.3 Deductible.

This plan groups hospitals and primary care providers (PCPs) into three benefit levels—called "tiers"—and what you pay for care will be based on the benefit level of the provider you choose.

This is a change from the previous MSP plan and you should take time to review the Network Blue Options plan benefits in our Getting Started section.
