What happens if you
need another MRI in the
same year?

If you go back to the HIGHER cost hospital,
you would pay another $450 copay.

At the LOWER cost hospital, you would
pay NOTHING.

If you keep going to the higher cost hospital,
you’d keep paying $450 each time you get an
MRI. That is until you reach your out-of-pocket
maximum for the year. At the lower cost
hospital, you'd still pay NOTHING.
