Initiatives like our Employee Resource Groups encourage our employees to bring theirwhole selves to work. These groups bring together employees with shared characteristics, affinities, or life experiences. Co-led by employees and supported by a cross-functional advisory committee, the groups meet monthly to plan events and discuss topics important to their membership.
Current groups include: Empowering Abilities, BluePride, Black Professionals Network,Asian Blue Community, AzulLatino, and the Young Professionals Network.
