    Associates are automatically enrolled, with a variety of investment options to choose from. And the best part is that Blue Cross matches your contribution up to a certain percentage.
  • Pension Plan
    This plan is 100 percent company funded with automatic enrollment and increased contribution as length of service grows.

Incentive Compensation Plans
In addition to associates' annual base salary, we offer many associates the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on their performance. There are three types of incentive plans, based on job type: the Associate Performance Plan, Leadership Performance Plan, and Sales Incentive Plan.

Employee Life Insurance
It's important to prepare for the unexpected. We offer life insurance options for associates, their spouse, and their children. Associates get paid basic life insurance that's equal to 1X your annual base salary.
