Retirement Programs
We understand our employees have plans for the future. That's why we give them
resources to build wealth and save for retirement.

  • 401(k) Plan
    This plan allows employees to defer up to 75% of pay on a pre-tax,
    Roth after-tax and regular after-tax basis and invest in a variety of
    options. In addition to employee contributions, Blue Cross provides a
    Match and Core contribution which allows employees' accounts to grow
    even more.
  • Pension Plan
    This plan is 100 percent company funded with automatic enrollment
    and increased contribution as length of service grows.

Incentive Compensation Plans
In addition to annual base salary, Blue Cross employees are eligible for the Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP) or Sales Incentive Plan depending on their role.
