April 10, 2008 Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA) today announced two new health insurance plans, HMO Blue® Premium and HMO Blue Value with BasicRx, have received the Connector Seal of Approval, with an effective date of July 1, 2008.
In addition to the two new plans, four modified BCBSMA products have also been approved by the Connector. They are:
Modifications include pharmacy cost sharing adjustments that offer members the option of a lower copay for safe, effective generic drugs.
