November 2009

Dear Business Partner:

We begin this November issue of eNews by reporting our third-quarter results for 2009, and we would like to thank you once again for your hard work and ongoing commitment to today's challenging economic environment. Below, you'll also find information about an initiative to enable nurse practitioners to credential as primary care providers, a change that will increase access to health care and reduce costs across the state. Finally, we remind you of the closure of a handful of plans for new sales to small group employers and individuals.

As always, if you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to share them with your account executive.

Sincerely,

Larry Croes
