Blue MedicareRx^SM (PDP) is a prescription drug plan with a Medicare contract that is renewed annually on January 1. Each year, between October and December, we are required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to send out the Annual Notice of Change (ANOC), the Evidence of Coverage (EOC), an up-to-date formulary, and low-income subsidy (LIS) riders (if applicable) for the following calendar year. If benefit changes are made after these notices are sent, we will issue a new EOC and LIS riders.
