If you need care and your doctor's office is closed, you have options:
Get medical advice from a Blue Cross nurse 24/7 by calling the 24/7 Nurse Line toll-free at 1-888-247-BLUE (2583).
With Well Connection you can see licensed doctors and providers for minor medical and behavioral health care using live video visits on your favorite device.
Visit a limited services clinic (such as CVS® MinuteClinic)
Go to an urgent care center if you have an injury or illness that needs immediate attention, but isn't life threatening.
Emergency Care
In an emergency, go to the nearest medical facility, or call 911. You pay a $100 emergency room copay (waived if you are admitted to the hospital or for an observation stay).
