Just log in to Member Central and click Review My Deductible & Co-Insurance to:
Deductible: The amount you need to pay before benefits are paid by your plan. Check your plan for a list of covered services that are subject to a deductible.
Co-insurance: The portion of expenses you are responsible for after you pay your deductible. This is usually a percentage of the total cost of care.
