If you are enrolling for the first time or need to make changes to your current plan, follow these steps:
Active Employees - Standard Option and Basic Option Enrollment:

Choose a medical plan.
Step 2:
Confirm your type of enrollment (self or family), the plan you'd like to join, and make a note of the corresponding FEHB enrollment code:

Fill out the Health Benefits Election Form (SF-2809) and provide a copy to your Human Resources office.

Please visit the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) website for information on how to enroll or call the OPM Open Season Express line at 1-800-332-9798.
FEP BlueVision®—Active Employees and Annuitants Enrollment:
Enroll online at www.benefeds.com or call 1-877-888-3337.
Dental Blue Healthy Supplement—Active Employees and Annuitants Enrollment:
Print, complete (with signature), and mail the
